Please include your app version, device model, OS version, steps and any error shown. Do not send private videos, passwords or verification codes.
Analysis failed
Before the first analysis, Dancora prepares the beat models on your device. Builds with bundled models do not need a separate download. If your installed version asks to download models, an internet connection is required. Keep the app open and allow enough storage space. If analysis fails, you can still select a range and practice. You can also correct automatic beat estimates manually.
Purchases and subscriptions
Choose Restore Purchases in Settings. Manage or cancel subscriptions in your Apple account settings. Deleting a Dancora account does not cancel a subscription.
Accounts and privacy
After signing in, you can delete your account in Settings. Apple account deletion requires reauthorization. For privacy, data deletion or feedback deletion requests, email the address above. See our Privacy Policy and Terms of Service.
